When I was a kid someone started the rumor that if you had two dollars in your wallet the police could not arrest you for vagrancy. Why I felt susceptible to a vagrancy arrest I can’t recall but I carried a two dollar bill in my wallet all the way into college. Now you have me thinking I should be carrying a twenty dollar bill taped under my nuts in case I get taken to prison. Let me tell you now that I had thought the hundred dollar bill rolled up and inserted in my butt in case I meet a hooker while going to work was about as far as I would go, but no, now I have to get used to the scratchiness of a strip of Scotch Magic Tape under my ball sack. Thanks.
